As a permit expediting company, it is our goal to ensure each permit is applied for and issued in a timely manner. We strive to provide excellent customer service to each and every one of our clients, which includes homeowners, contractors and developers.
Applying for a permit can be a daunting task. We want to make this process as easy and stress-fee as possible on ALL of our clients. You may spend hours trying to complete an application, standing in line at your jurisdiction's office and spend countless hours responding to comments if information is missing upon submission. Leave it up to LKA Permitting Services to handle your project from start to finish. We will complete the application (includes Notary services), track the status of your permit and provide weekly updates, respond to comments and deliver your permit. Our company can also assist with inspections, if requested.

Most Homeowners Associations require you to go in front of the community board for your project to be approved. We can represent you, present your plans to the board and submit necessary documents to your HOA to be reviewed and approved for construction.
